The organisations have signed a formal agreement to create an exclusive partnership specifically for EADS.
"...The collaboration will allow addressing and achieving some of the key objectives of EADS in Europe and from India," Alten Group Chairman and CEO Simon Azoulay said.
"We believe that this new strategic partnership will strengthen the goodwill between the organizations and our combined talents will foster activities that will provide EADS with a cost effective global delivery solution," he added.
Announcing the partnership, Infotech Enterprises Chairman and Managing Director B V R Mohan Reddy said, "This tie-up will enable us to enhance our domain expertise in the Aerospace Industry and provide EADS a unique solution".
