With this certification, Symphony Services becomes the only company in the outsourced product development (OPD) services to be awarded both ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certification, a company press release said.
ISO 20000 provides a recognised,tried and tested management system which allows a services organisation to plan, manage, deliver, monitor, report, review and improve its services.
It not only looks at operational aspects, but also focuses on the business controls covering associated risks, finances, resources and capabilities, the release said.
