Manpower to service ITES firms

Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd has set up an infotech-enabled services (ITES) division to address the human resources needs of companies belonging to the fast-growing ITES industry.
 
The Manpower-ITeS division, which will provide recruitement and technical and behavioral assessment services, offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. Manpower also plans to set up ITeS operations in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, the northeastern region and other towns.
 
Manpower ITeS division aims to provide a continuous supply of quality candidates through wider reach and talent migration from semi-urban areas. It also aims to adopt effective recruitment methodologies that will help clients effectively tackle the key issue of attrition.
 
Manpower's proprietary assessment methodologies will help identify and select talent that most closely meets a prospective client's requirements through practical computer-based interactive tools based on real life simulations. This, combined with candidate attraction plans will ensure a continuous supply of candidates at a sizable scale and at an assured rate of hire.
 
The company also intends to augment service offerings in due course, which will include pre-employment training mechanisms, flexi-work force to take care of cyclical demands of the industry during specific time periods, among others.
 
Established in 1999, Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd is wholly-owned subsidiary of Manpower Inc.
