MIT sells Shriram City Union Finance shares

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology has sold Rs 149.5 crore worth of equity shares in Shriram City Union Finance Ltd (SCUF), which was acquired by ABG Capital.

According to the bulk deal data with the National Stock Exchange, Massachusetts Institute of Technology sold 8,37,307 shares in the company for Rs 1,786 per share.

It has been holding 8,46,543 equity shares, which was around 1.28 per cent of the total shares in the company, according to the shareholding pattern at the end of September, 2014.
