Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd will acquire 100 per cent stake in two engineering Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) companies namely US-based RMM Global LLC and its associate company technet Engineering Services, Thane. The company did not disclose the value of the deal.
Both the companies are involved in providing structural engineering KPO services to high rise buildings in USA with annual revenues pegged at $ 2 million, the company said in a statement.
These two companies have 91 persons with average work experience of 3-5 years in providing engineering services to high rise buildings for clients in USA.
The acquisition will more than double the capacity for BPO services in high rise building segment. The total strength of Moldteck will effectively go up from 310 to 400 persons, it added.
