Nissan sales up 126% in July

Datsun Redi-GO sold 3,940 units as against 2,925 in the year-ago period, a growth of 35%

Japanese auto major Nissan Motor on Monday reported a 126% growth in sales during the month of July 2016, at 6,418 units as against 2,841 units a year ago in July 2015.

Datsun Redi-GO sold 3,940 units as against 2,925 in the year-ago period, a growth of 35%.

Arun Malhotra, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, said: "Our sales have been gaining momentum over the past few months and the trend has been encouraging. Customers have responded positively to the new Datsun Redi-GO."
