A senior ONGC official said the ongc executive committee last week met the Boston Consulting Group team to begin work to streamline ONGC’s processes to reduce project delays. "BCG would take a few months to submit its report. We are hopeful that with them on board, we can expedite our processes," the official added.
Facing inordinate delays on its exploration blocks, ONGC roped in BCG late last year too for help.
