The Orissa Power Generation Corporation (OPGC) on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Transparency International India (TII). By signing of the pact, OOGC has committed itself, its suppliers and contractors for adoption of Integrity Pact. The 'integrity pact' is a tool developed by Transparency International, to ensure that all activities and transactions between the company and their suppliers as well as contractors are dealt in a fair and transparent manner. The MoU was signed at the state secretariat in the presence of the state minister for finance and public enterprises Prafulla Ghadai.
