The company had reported net loss of Rs 10.79 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Pantaloons' net sales during the quarter under review were at Rs 481.22 crore, an increase of 10.41% as against Rs 435.81 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Shares of the company closed at Rs 103.25, up 0.15% at the end of the day's trade on the BSE.
