Parsec Plans Call Centres In Kerala

Parsec Technologies, which is an end-to-end solutions provider for contact centres, in line with its aggressive plans of expansion, has introduced its build-operate-transfer (BOT) model for setting up call centres for entrepreneurs in Kochi.

The company plans to set up at least two call centres of about 50 seat or above capacity in Kochi, Kerala. According to a study conducted by Nasscom, Kochi has lately emerged as the second most competitive city for IT-enabled Services companies.
