Human resource solutions and services company PeopleStrong has launched an HR Command Centre for companies in India. The HR Command Centre will offer all HR solutions under one platform and offer technological tools to enable companies to be more efficient in decision making.

Pankaj Bansal, CEO and co-founder of PeopleStrong said that the HR Command Centre would help in building predictability in hiring, productivity, utilisation and attrition, giving company to take future decisions based on these insights and help give the right alignment of HR to business.

The data for the HR Command Centre has been sourced from the human resource systems in various corporations as they are linked to it. The information is also procured from clients of PeopleStrong. According to the company, the jobs available with PeopleStrong is over 50,000 permanent jobs. The human resource firm has also collected data from Industrial Training Institutes, MBA and engineering colleges where assessed data of students have been incorporated.

The HR Command Centre consists of segments including available jobs in the country for different positions in several cities, districts and towns across the nation. Employee data, pay structure, information on variable and fixed costs, productivity data have been integrated into the platform. All data is live data as it is linked to various industry segments. "Since it runs on 'Hadoop platform', an open source software framework, it is very advanced on social media and probably the first such product in human resource space," said the company. The time lag is about 120 seconds.

The company said that existing clients will get it this new service at heavy discounted pricing. Further, the HR Command Centre will also be able to predict whether an individual would stay in a company or not. Complex algorithms which measure the relationship between them acts as a predictor. According to the company, age, location, reading habits and family background, for instance, with a combination may lead to predict that how long and how well an individual will perform. This gets proven in a particular company when this score becomes a reference point and the same is proven over a period of time.

PeopleStrong is also looking to add additional features like social media elements for recruitment and video interviewing into the platform. The technology for the HR Command Centre was built in-house by CTO of PeopleStrong Vishal Saha and can be used anywhere anytime because it is on cloud.  It took them three years to build the product and about a year to collect the data and sources.
