Prasad Menon appointed Axis Bank Addl Independent Director

Axis Bank today said it has appointed Tata Power Company's Managing Director Prasad R Menon as an Additional Independent Director of the Bank.

The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on October 9, has appointed Menon as an Additional Independent Director of the Bank with immediate effect, Axis Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
