PVR promoter pledges 2.17% stake with Axis Bank
Multiplex chain PVR today said that one of its promoter Priya Exhibitors has pledged five lakh shares with Axis bank, New Delhi.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that the promoter has pledged five lakh shares representing 2.17 per cent stake in the company.
Shares of PVR were trading at Rs 84.75, down 4.72 per cent on the BSE.
