Leading IT security solutions provider Quick Heal Technologies today said it has appointed Rajesh Ghonasgi as Chief Financial Officer.
 
Ghonasgi has over two decades of experience in financial leadership and was associated with companies like Persistent Systems, Hexaware Technologies and Wipro.
 
His mandate will involve overseeing the company's strategic and financial operations including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and strengthening processes.

"He brings a unique blend of strategic, finance and operating skills and an in-depth knowledge of the business to the role.
 
"We look forward to him playing a strong leadership role in financial management and strategic transactions. He will work closely with our business leaders and represent the company effectively in the investment community," Quick Heal Technologies Chief Executive Officer Kailash Katkar said in a statement issued here.
