RCom FY11 net plunges 71% to Rs 1,345 cr

Reliance Communications has posted a net profit after adjustment of share of minority interest and associates of Rs 1,345.6 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 4,655 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010, a 71% plunge.

Total income has increased 4.4% from Rs 22,132.28 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010 to Rs 23,107.63 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011.

The company's board of directors had recommended a dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 5 each i.e. 10%.
