Reliance Infra completes sale of cement business to Birla Corp

Reliance Infrastructure said it completed sale of Reliance Cement to Birla Corporation, the flagship Company of the MP Birla Group.
The Rs 4,800-crore deal for 5 mt capacity business was announced in February 2016 and has now been completed with transfer of hundred percent shares and receipt of sale consideration.
