Rhydburg raided on Pfizer complaint

Pfizer has filed a case of cheating against Rhydburg in Dehra Dun. Ashok Monga, managing director of Rhydburg, said the company will file a defamation suit against Pfizer and claim damages.

On Tuesday, the Uttarakhand police conducted a raid on Rhydburg's unit at the Sara Industrial Estate in Dehra Dun along with personnel from Enforcers of Intellectual Property Rights and seized all the Becoplex capsules.

Top police officials confirmed that the raids were conducted and seized drugs have been sent to the Drugs Controller of Uttarakhand. Though Rhydburg has got support from two local bodies
