RIL to announce Q1 results on July 20

The company informed the BSE it its board of directors will meet that day to consider financial results

Reliance Industries will announce its first quarter earnings on July 20.

In a BSE filing today, RIL said, "The Board of Directors of the company will meet on July 20, 2012, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012."

Shares of the company today settled at Rs 721.20, down 0.62 per cent from its previous close on the BSE.
