Slogans were raised by Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) shareholders against Petroleum Minister Murli Deora in tandem with Anil Ambani's attack against the ministry, but these interruptions the high profile industrialist would not have minded during the Annual General Meeting of his group firm.

"Please let me complete... Let me complete," said Anil in an attempt to calm the irate shareholders, in the midst of his scathing attack on the Oil Ministry.

Slogans like "Deora Hai Hai" ("Down Down Deora") were raised by some shareholders on several occasions at the Birla Matushree auditorium, the venue for the AGM of RNRL, which is fighting a legal battle against Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industies (RIL) for obtaining gas at $2.34 per mmBtu.

The tune of the slogans changed to "Anil Ambani aghe badho, hum tumhare saath hain" (Proceed ahead Anil Ambani, we are with you), when the group Chairman alleged that RIL was firing from Petroleum Ministry's shoulders and was wanting to make super profit of Rs 50,000 crore.

RNRL, a firm acquired by Anil as part of family settlement after a protracted public battle with elder brother Mukesh, has a sharholders base of 25.9 lakh.
