Sails Q1 Top Line Up 26%

The Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has seen a 26 per cent increase in sales during the first quarter of the current financial year over the corresponding period in 2001-02. The company recorded a total sales figure of 2.32 million tonne during the first three months in the current fiscal, while last year it touched 1.82 million tonne during the same period.
