"November 21, 2013 has been fixed as the 'Record Date' for interest payable on December 6, 2013 on 9.24% Secured Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Taxable Debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 500 crore," the company said in a BSE filing.
According to Sterlite Industries (India) annual report, the company had issued 5,000 debentures on private placement basis in December 2012.
