Shree Cement despatches up in June

Shree Cement Limited, the largest cement manufacturer of North India and among top five cement manufacturers in the country despatched 778.98 million tonnes in June 2009, registering a  growth of 27.90 % over the corresponding period last fiscal.

It despatched 609.04 million tonnes in June 2008.

The total cumulative despatch in the first quarter of the current fiscal (April- June’ 09-10) was 2302.27 million tons, 29.41% higher than 1779 million tonnes despatched in the corresponding period last financial year.
