Singapore co buys land in Bangalore
The deal was closed for about Rs 100 cr, with Jones Lang LaSalle as the advisor
Raghavendra Kamath Mumbai In one of the biggest land deals in Bangalore this year, Singapore-based L&W Construction has bought a 25 acre land parcel in Devanahalli area of Bangalore for Rs 100 crore from a Bangalore based industrial group.
L&W Construction is part of Singapore's Lee Kim Tah Woh Hup Pte Ltd, and plans to build a high end residential plot on the project.
Jones Lang LaSalle was the advisor for the deal.
