Daily the airline sells around 40,000-45,000 tickets and has been aggressive in launching discounted tickets and promotions as it faces increased competition from existing airlines and new ones like AirAsia.

Tickets can be booked through SpiceJet’s website, the airline's sales and reservation centre and online travel portals and travel agents.
The offer is applicable only on bookings made on domestic routes. The free ticket won under the scheme shall have the base fare and the fuel surcharge 100% waived off. All applicable fees and taxes etc. are to be paid by the customer.
