SpiceJet to shift registered office from Delhi to TN

SpiceJet Ltd has decided to shift its registered office from Delhi to Tamil Nadu, the company said in a BSE filing.

The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 24, 2010, inter-alia, approved the proposal, subject to approval of the shareholders and such other regulatory approvals as may be required in this regard.
