Two-wheeler maker Suzuki Motorcycle India today reported a 21.59% increase in sales at 36,746 units in May.
The company had sold 30,222 units in the same month last year, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL) said in a statement.
Commenting on the sales growth, SMIPL Vice-President (Sales and Marketing) Atul Gupta said: "We have received a good response from the market for all our products, including the newly launched Hayate, a mass segment motorcycle."
The growing customer satisfaction has led to positive sentiment in the market and the company will continue to give the best to its customers, he added.
