Tech Mahindra expands presence in Germany

The Düsseldorf 50-seat centre is an important milestone in the company's increasing network of delivery centers in Europe

IT services and solutions firm Tech Mahindra, today announced the inauguration of its third near shore delivery centre in Düsseldorf, Germany. The company already serves its European customers through 26 offices across 31 cities.

The Düsseldorf 50-seat centre is an important milestone in Tech Mahindra's increasing network of delivery centers in Europe (last year saw the opening of two centers in Den Haag and Brussels), said the company.

This, the company stated, will bring them closer to some of the key customers in the Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW) region. The center is well supported by the German recruitment, Human Resources and Accounts teams and will be fully integrated with its global delivery infrastructure. The company aims to ramp-up its presence in the region significantly within the next few months. The center also plans to engage with local academia to provide work experience to the students.

"The Düsseldorf delivery center reinforces our commitment to key customers in Germany and will enable us to bridge the cultural and language gap. This delivery center, in the heart of NRW will also help us attract and retain local talent which is crucial to the next phase of our growth in the region," said Vishaal Gupta, Head (Telecom) - Europe, Tech Mahindra.

Tech Mahindra derives 31% of its revenues from European markets and this is an important milestone in the growth journey.
