Tech Mahindra net dips 11% to Rs 150 cr

IT services and solutions provider for the telecom sector, Tech Mahindra today posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 150 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010, a decrease of 11 per cent as compared to Rs 169 crore posted for the same quarter a year earlier.

Consolidated revenue from services went up by 34 per cent to Rs 1,533 crore for the reporting quarter as compared to Rs 1,141 crore posted in the corresponding quarter a year earlier.

The results were announced after trading hours. The company's stock closed at Rs 785.55, an increase of 2.73 per cent as compared to its previous day's close.
