For Dilvinder Singh Narang, the managing director of RDM Traders Ltd, which markets Ayur Herbal Collection, life has been a quintessential rags to riches story. Narang started his career by preparing sugar-based wax in his own kitchen which he then sold to various beauty parlours. His hard work paid off and what started as a one-man army with an initial investment of a few hundred rupees is today a Rs 80 crore company which employs around 500 people. It hopes to cross the Rs 100 crore mark this year.
