Thermax, solution provider in energy and environment engineering, today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 366 crore for setting up a 120-MW captive power plant.
"The company has received an order, valued at Rs 366 crore for a 120-MW captive power plant from a leading steel sector PSU," Thermax said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
However, the company did not mention the name of the client.
The scope of work includes supply of two blast furnace gas-fired boilers and one steam turbine generator, along with necessary auxiliaries and power evacuation system, the filing added.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 657 on the BSE, up 0.89% from its previous close.
