Tommy Hilfiger buys 50% stake in Arvind Murjani Brands

Global fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger today said it has bought 50% stake in Arvind Murjani Brands which has sub license for its products in the country.

Tommy Hilfiger, which was bought by clothing group PVH Corp last year, has also acquired Murjani Group's license for Tommy Hilfiger trademarks in India.

Tommy Hilfiger has not disclosed terms of the deal.
