TV Today Network today reported about 60% decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 12.42 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011.
For the fiscal ended March 31, 2010, the company's net profit was Rs 30.86 crore, TV Today said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The company's consolidated net sales during 2010-2011 increased marginally to Rs 293.26 crore, as against Rs 284.81 crore in the previous fiscal.
The company's board recommended a dividend Rs 0.75 per share for the financial year 2010-11 subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The shares of the company's settled at Rs 59.90, up 2.31% compared to the previous close on the BSE.
