Usha Martin Edu to provide quality edu in non-metro towns, cities

Usha Martin Education and Solutions has forayed into providing standardized end to end solutions and school management services to enable the creation of a national network of high quality english medium K-12 schools with a focus on non-metro towns and cities of India.

By March 2010, Usha Martin plans to enable at least 15  select schools from West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar with its end to end solutions and school management services. It is targeting 200 schools within its network in next 7 years. Pearson, the global education and media company will partner with Usha Martin as the primary service provider for instructional support including curriculum and content.

To achieve quality, key features of Usha Martin education delivery model include child centric learning through acclaimed and effective pedagogic methods, researched curriculum, standardized lesson plan based teaching, ICT enabled classrooms, continuous in service teacher training and strict process driven quality control mechanisms.
