Waaree buys Italian valve manufacturer

This acquisition, Waaree believes, will help them improve their manufacturing capabilities

Instrumentation company Waree group today said that it an Italian valve manufacturer, Cesare Bonetti, for an undisclosed sum.

This acquisition, Waaree believes, will  help them improve their manufacturing capabilities. With this,  they overseas buy, they also plan to become cost-competitive.

“We look forward to engaging with Bonetti, an established company in the manufacture of critical valves and level gauge market. This The association between Waaree Group and Bonetti also places us in a good position on a global level and as serious competitors in the valves and level gauge business,” said Hitesh Doshi, Chairman and Managing Director, Waaree Group.

The 108-year-old Cesare Bonetti has a manufuring plant in Karambele in Maharashtra. It also recently doubled its manufacturing capabilities, with a facility at Garbagnate and Suzhou in China. It also has joint ventures in Germany and Turkey.
