Accenture, Pfizer and Rio Tinto India were the top three social recruiters in India, said LinkedIn. The company also stated that almost 42 per cent of talent leaders consider social networks as an important source for hiring.
LinkedIn's Top Social Recruiters showcases the most effective recruiters who have been successful at embracing social recruiting. "We ranked talent acquisition professionals based on their effectiveness of attracting and hiring quality talent using LinkedIn," said the company.
"It is great to see that recruiting on social professional networks is now an established trend. Our Recruitment Trends 2016 survey reveals that 42 per cent of the talent leaders consider social networks an important source for quality hires. Top social recruiters act as talent advisors by providing valuable insights to overall business," said Irfan Abdulla, director (talent solutions), LinkedIn India.
The top list of social recruiters in India has representation from diverse industries, ranging from tech giants to leaders in software and consulting.
