The actor's lawyer has withdrawn the application seeking him to allow to surrender at Yerwada Jail in Pune

Actor Sanjay Dutt's lawyer has told the court that he will urrender before the TADA court in Mumbai tomorrow.

Dutt's lawyer has also said that the actor wants to withdraw the application seeking to surrender before Yerwada Jail authorities in Pune.
