The high court here on Monday said its verdict on the Jignesh Shah (Financial Technologies (India) Ltd promoter) bail plea application in the National Spot Exchange Limited (NSEL) case would be given on Tuesday.

Judge Abhay Thipsay said, "The question is if Shah needs to be further detained, he is unlikely to run away."

The court asked why the role of brokers had not been probed and why none has been arrested. Thipsay said there was no evidence to show how Jignesh Shah had benefited from the NSEL crisis.
