Constituted by the UP government and led by retired judge of the Allahabad High Court, Justice Vishnu Sahai, the commission completed recording statements of 125 riots victims here yesterday, who had filed complaints along with affidavits with the commission, they said.
The Commission returned to Lucknow after its six-day stay here from April 16.

The commission has not submitted its report so far to the government. It was constituted on September 9 to probe the Muzaffarnagar violence starting from Kawal incident on August 27 till September 9.
The commission is likely to submit its report by May 15.
