The peace process between India and Pakistan has been "suspended" and there are no talks scheduled between the two countries, Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit said at New Delhi Thursday.
"There is no meeting scheduled as of now. I think at present the peace process is suspended," Basit told reporters at a function here.
He was speaking in the background of the January 2 Pathankot terror attack by Pakistani terrorists of the Jaish-e-Mohamed, which killed seven Indian security forces.
The attack has stalled the resumption of dialogue between the two sides.
