Proceedings in both Houses of Parliament were stalled on Monday by the Opposition on a range of issues, ranging from the leakage of the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) report on telecom, the coal scam and recent incidents of atrocities against women and children.

Both, Question Hour and Zero Hour, were disrupted repeatedly in both Houses throughout the morning.

In the Rajya Sabha, eight notices were moved for suspension of Question Hour and Chairman Hamid Ansari accepted the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam notice on the role of the CBI in the Coalgate scam.
