V S Achuthanandan was today sworn in as Chief Minister of Kerala, heading a 19-member LDF ministry.Kerala Governor R L Bhatia administered the oath of office and secrecy to Achuthanandan at the swearing-in ceremony held at the central stadium behind the Secretariat.
