Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu asked the committee to identify the sectors that the Japanese companies are interested to invest in and also work with the administration in securing speedy clearances for their investment proposals.
Japanese ambassador Takeshi Yagi, who met the AP chief minister today, informed that his country had identified a separate investment task force for AP. The task force will look for prospective investors, coordinate their visits and work closely with the state government, according to the chief minister's office.
Ambassador Yagi also evinced interest in joining AP in concept master-planning of the capital city, the chief minister's office said.
