APIIC's draft guidelines for allotment of industrial plots

The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) has formulated fresh guidelines for allotment of plots/sheds in the industrial parks. These guidelines covered the procedure for applying for allotment of land, payment of cost, execution of sale agreement, implementation of projects, execution of sale deeds, levying penalties and other aspects.

APIIC, which posted the Draft Allotment Regulations – 2012 on its website,  requested industry organisations Fapsia, Fapcci and CII to furnish their views. Simultaneously, it was also holding meetings with their representatives at the zonal level.

APIIC first came out with such guidelines towards the end of the last century under Allotment Regulations, 1998.   During the course of time, these guidelines are modified and has undergone several changes. Keeping in view the changes in external environment, the guidelines have now been revised.
