BSP to complain to EC against Congress

BSP candidate T J Abraham, who is contesting from the Krishnarajapuram constituency, claimed that at least Rs 30 lakh had been spent on the rally and wanted to know from the EC whether it would be billed to the poll expenditure of Congress candidate A Krishnappa.

At a press meet, he also pointed out that the upper ceiling limit of expenditure fixed by the Election Commission for a candidate in assembly election is Rs 10 lakh.
