Charges Ludicrous: Wade Cline
The Enron-promoted Dabhol Power Co (DPC) has refuted charges by Vinay Bansal, chairman of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB), that the company produces costly power at Rs 8.80 per unit.
