Prime Minister I K Gujral yesterday parried questions on whether the Centre would initiate action against Bihar Chief Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav in the wake of the Central bureau of Investigation (CBI) move to chargesheet him in the Rs 950 crore fodder scam.
'Who am I to decide?'' Gujral shot back when asked whether he proposed to take action against the Bihar Chief Minister.
