I&B ministry sets revised dates for Phase III and IV of digitisation

Fourth phase includes a large part of rural India

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has extended the deadline for Phase III of digitisation from September 30 this year to December 31, 2015.

The deadline for the fourth phase which includes a large part of rural India has been extended from December 31, 2014 to December 31, 2016.
