The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Fapcci) along with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is organising India Investor’s Meet on July 15 here.
The event, part of the ongoing India Investor’s Week (July 12-17), is aimed at inviting non-investors to invest in a large scale and also spread awareness on the Investor Protection Act.
“Lots of complains have been registered by investors against stock exchanges. We want to educate people and protect them from the various market forces,”MV Rajeshwara Rao, secretary general, Fapcci, told mediapersons. The theme this year is ‘Informed Investor – An Asset to Corporate India’.
On the occasion, a website in Telugu would be launched by corporate affairs minister Salman Khurshid.
