The government today sought a report from the Karnataka government in the wake of the firing at a key ISRO facility on the outskirts of Bangalore.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has asked for the sequence of events in the incident which happened in the wee hours today when two persons were moving around in a suspicious manner near the Indian Space Research Organisation centre housing projects relating to space research.

A report has been sought on the incident, official sources said.

The Central Industrial Security Force is entrusted with the security of the facility.
