The Dow Jones industrial average ended almost flat at 11,015, while the Nasdaq slipped 14 points to 2,130.Indian ADRs finished on a mixed note. Wipro surged over 2% to $11.92. Infosys advanced 1% to $70.39. ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank dropped 3% each to $24.80 and $49.95, respectively. Tata Motors slipped over 1% to $16.32.
